For 30 years, Lacuna has been building a story of protection, quality, and innovation.

The company was founded in Zagreb, and today, the Lacuna Group is headquartered in Sv. Križ Začretje. There, we operate a production facility, logistics and distribution centre, showroom, education centre, and administration office.

Thanks to the rich tradition of the textile industry in Zagorje, we have been able to transform from a distributor into a manufacturer of our own brands of work and protective clothing.
Lacuna collections are recognisable by their modern design, functionality, and quality.
Lacuna Development has introduced several hundred models of protective and work footwear, seasonal and work clothing, gloves, and protective equipment under the Lacuna and Getout brands. With Brokula Carewear, we focus on an eco-friendly program made of organic cotton and recycled materials. A special category is multinorm clothing, which is certified according to the demanding EU standards for high-risk jobs.

As an exclusive distributor of renowned global brands such as ATG, Coverguard, BLS, Kratos Safety, and Base Protection, and with our own production and a wide network of distributors, we have positioned ourselves as a regional leader in the personal protective equipment segment.

Our strength lies in logistics — the central warehouse in Sv. Križ Začretje, with a stock of over 25,000 items, enables delivery within 24 to 48 hours. In addition to the existing 4,000 m² production and distribution centre, the Lacuna Group will have a capacity of 10,000 pallet spaces in its own warehouse by investing in a new 5,000 m² logistics and distribution centre.

Our business has been digitalised for over a decade. Lacuna B2B web shop platform gives customers direct and easy access to our full sales portfolio with all service information.

At the Lacuna Education Centre, we provide comprehensive support through professional education, training, and workshops for distributors, occupational health and safety managers, and end users of personal protective equipment.

For us, this anniversary was more than a celebration — it was a time to look back on our journey and recognise the people whose contributions have shaped our story.

Lacuna employees and business partners from Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Italy, France, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, the Netherlands, Albania, Malta, gathered at a symbolic place for us - the Sljeme Tower.
 
The Sljeme Tower is one of the symbols of the city of Zagreb.
From there, you can see the city where our business was born, as well as the Zagorje region and the town of Sv. Križ Začretje, where the heart of the Lacuna company is now.
