Complaints
Lacuna ltd. approves customers complaints in following cases:
1. Complaints on quality of delivery
- Shortage
- Surplus
- Wrong goods
- Deadline for complaint filing is 10 days after receiving the goods.

2. Complaints on quality of goods
Deadlines for complaint filing:
- For visible defects and damage within 30 days of delivery
- Damages arising after a certain period of goods use can be claimed afterwards, and the Lacuna Quality Assurance Department will decide and notify the customer of the outcome of the reclamation process

It is also required to attach a photo (JPG or PNG format) that shows the damage or irregularity of the product.
Note
Forms are used to start the procedure of complaint. Please do not return the goods before receiving the written consent from Lacuna d.o.o. and approval of the same, otherwise your complaint will not be considered for non-compliance procedures.
